Room #3: 2 beds, closet, bathroom with shower, air conditioning.
Spacious living room with corner shaped sofa and two armchairs, satellite TV, cd player.
Large kitchen includes: dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, cutlery, glassware and washing machine
The house has 3 terraces, a large part of the facade where is the pool (facing south) with table and chairs, sail-shaped pergola, sunroom that runs from the room, another terrace overlooking the countryside and the valley . Barbecue movable, shaped pool and hammocks.
The house is closed with a gate with remote control.
Maid service 2 times a week change of towels 1 sheets, surveillance services, cleaning, garden and pool.

Situated 800 meters from the beach of Cala Nova, with easy walking access to the beach in 5 minutes and 2 Km from the small village of Es Canar (Famous hippy market every Wednesday). Santa Eularia is 5 minutes by car. Very quiet place.
