Después de haber finalizado mi labor en el Deutsche Bank, enseguida me incorporé a la plantilla de un renombrado bufete de Abogados/Asesoría Fiscal/Gestoría en Ibiza. Nachdem meine Arbeit bei der Deutschen Bank in Ibiza getan war, wurde ich schnell Mitarbeiter einer renommierten Anwaltskanzlei/Steuerbüro/Gestoría in Ibiza. After fulfilling my work at Deutsche Bank I quickly moved on to work for a well known law firm / Tax bureau / Gestoria in Ibiza. Debido a mi experiencia profesional y a mi dominio de los idiomas la sociedad GRUPO BC DE ASESORAMIENTO HIPOTECARIO, S.L. me nombró desde el mes de septiembre 2011 como su representante para Ibiza y Formentera. Esta actividad comprende firmar hipotecas, en nombre de 10 bancos españoles (entre otros , BANESTO, BBVA, BARCLAYS, SANTANDER, LLOYDS, DEUTSCHE BANK, BANKIA, etc….), verificar y controlar los posteriores trámites de inscripción en los correspondientes Registros de la Propiedad. Auf Grund meiner Berufserfahrung und Sprachkenntnisse hat mich die Gesellschaft GRUPO BC DE ASESORAMIENTO HIPOTECARIO, S.L. seit September 2011 zu ihrem Repräsentanten für Ibiza und Formentera ernannt. Zu dieser Tätigkeit zählt, im Namen von über 10 spanischen Banken (u.a. BANESTO, BBVA, BARCLAYS, SANTANDER, LLOYDS, DEUTSCHE BANK, BANKIA, etc...) notarielle Hypothekenurkunden zu unterzeichnen und den darauf folgenden Eintragungsvorgang in den zuständigen Grundbuchämtern zu begleiten und zu überwachen. Since September 2011 as a direct result of my work experiences and knowledge of languages the GRUPO BC DE ASESORAMIENTO HIPOTECARIO, S.L. has named me as their representative for Ibiza and Formentera. Some of my responsibilities include signing deeds and overseeing deed registrations at the land registries on behalf of over 10 Spanish banks (e.g. BANESTO, BBVA, BARCLAYS, SANTANDER, LLOYDS, DEUTSCHE BANK, BANKIA, to name a few...) Por mi experiencia y en especial por mis amplios conocimientos de la administración española, además de mi extensa red de contactos, estoy convencido de poder ayudar a cualquier persona en sus proyectos en Ibiza …… y también a usted !
