*Subscriptions for the below services are based on a first come first served basis, so please book and pay in advance when possible to avoid disappointment. Running subscription based offers means that our customers are more likely to become repeat customers and use our other services as well, therefore we sustain a steady pace of work and therefore can pass on the discounts to you. Contracts are for a minimum of 6 months paid in advance. All necessary information is required to be passed over to us upon signing of a contract. You are welcome to re-sign after the 6 months if you are happy with our service. 6 month subscriptions keep everything running smoothly for us and you as we have the keys and information that we need to hand. If your property is outside of a 10 mile radius of Javea, then travel costs will be discussed with you to agree.

Key Holder & Out of Hours Services:
We offer a subscription based monthly fee to enable us to give you a discounted rate on our key holder and out of hours services. Subscribe for 5.00 Euros a month and we can hold a key to your house & gate and offer you a reduced call out charge if you have lost your key or if you would like us to meet with a client/contractor at your property. Per hour or thereof:
Day rate - 7am - 6pm 10.00 Euros
Out of Hours - 6pm - 7am 30.00 Euros

Host a Sales / Lettings Viewing. If you want to cut out the sales or lettings agent but you live abroad and it is not convenient for you to do so, we can meet your potential buyer/renter at the property for a viewing or a handover. This way you can save money and deal with a lawyer direct for the sale (This is not a service that we offer). If you have a contract that you need signing for a rental and any other requirements, you can discuss these with us and we will assist where we can. We will confirm the estimated number of hours prior. Per hour or thereof:
Day rate 7am - 8pm 15.00 Euros
