Palma & Wein. Und warum ich nie wieder gehen will. 🧡☀️

Diese Stadt hat etwas, das man nicht erklären kann. Man muss es einfach fühlen. Die engen Gassen, das goldene Licht, die Stille mitten im Leben.🧡
Als Winzerin auf Mallorca frage ich mich manchmal, ob es der Wein ist, der nach diesem Ort schmeckt — oder der Ort, der nach unserem Wein schmeckt. 🍷🍇🫶
Beides, glaube ich.

There’s something about this city that’s hard to put into words. You just have to feel it. The narrow streets, the golden light, the tranquillity amidst the hustle and bustle.🧡
As a winemaker in Mallorca, I sometimes wonder whether it’s the wine that tastes of this place — or the place that tastes of our wine. 🍷🍇🫶

Mallorca ist kein Ort, sondern ein Gefühl. 🌱☀️😊
Manchmal braucht es nicht mehr als den Duft von trockenem Gras, das ferne Blöken der Schafe und ein kühles Glas CLARI, wenn die Sonne hinter den Bergen verschwindet. 🍇🍷🧡
Wir fangen dieses Licht der Insel in unseren Flaschen ein – ein bisschen wild, sehr elegant und absolut mallorquinisch. Ob beim Schmökern im Lieblingsbuch oder beim Blick über die weiten Felder: Das ist unser Rhythmus 🎶🌸🫶

Sie ist das mallorquinische Gegenteil von Langeweile. 🫶☀️  Unser CLARI Rosado 🧡 2025 hat diese wunderschöne helle Lachsfarbe – kein pinkfarbener Zufall, sondern das direkte Ergebnis eines kurzen Schalenkontakts bei kontrollierten Temperaturen. Die Wissenschaft dahinter: Anthocyane, also die roten Farbpigmente der Monastrell-Beere, lösen sich nur begrenzt im Most, wenn die Kontaktzeit kurz gehalten wird. Ergebnis? Diese elegante Lachsnote, die ich persönlich für den schönsten Rosaton halte, den Mallorca zu bieten hat.  Auf der Hefe gelagert – das gibt Textur und diese wunderbare cremige Rückkante. Im Bouquet: frische Erdbeere, ein Hauch Mandel und Zitrus. Alles handgelesen. Alles Kühlkette. Kein Kompromiss.  Der ‘25er ist da. Und er will getrunken werden. 🌹

Our CLARI Rosado 2025 ☀️🫶 has this beautiful pale salmon colour – not a pink-hued fluke, but the direct result of brief skin contact at controlled temperatures. The science behind it: anthocyanins, the red pigments in the Monastrell grape, dissolve only to a limited extent in the must when the contact time is kept short. The result? That elegant salmon hue, which I personally consider the most beautiful shade of rosé Mallorca has to offer.  Aged on the lees – this gives it texture and that wonderful creamy finish. On the nose: fresh strawberry, a hint of almond and citrus. All hand-picked. All cold chain. No compromises.  The ‘25 is here. And it’s ready to be enjoyed. 🌹
