Unfortunately for the clients these windows and beams weren’t fully prepared properly when they were done a year ago. All the loose/flakey paint was scraped off and had a good sand using 120 grit paper.

Once they were ready we primed them and then we’re top coated using an acrylic satinado paint.

My client has recently moved into this 1970’s villa and it needed some much needed TLC.

The living/dining room was fully protected and two coats of White Matt was sprayed onto the walls and ceilings. Afterwards the beams were given two coats off Matt Black to make them the masterpiece in-between the adjoining rooms.

The two bedrooms and wardrobes were given a fresh coat of White Matt on the walls and ceilings.

Completed spraying of existing doors and frames, changing the finish from white to matt grey.

Frames without doors were also repaired, with redundant hinge holes filled and made good prior to preparation and spraying, leaving a clean and uniform finish throughout.

All identified areas affected by water damage were thoroughly repaired and prepared for redecoration. Damaged surfaces were made good, including necessary filling, sanding, and preparation, before being professionally painted to provide a clean and uniform finish.

All remedial and painting works have been completed to a high standard, and the work areas have been left clean and tidy upon completion.

This previously painted kitchen on Entre Naranjos has had a fresh new look, with all the doors finished in satin white, while the plinths, pelmet/cornice and border have been sprayed grey.

All items have been professionally sprayed in white matt 2K paint, providing a smooth, durable and high-quality finish.

Final touches were to install new hinges, latch/plate and handles.
