I have been getting calls for nuisance tripping at fuse boards . Differential/ Rccd ( residual circuit current device ) identifiable by a test button on unit This can be caused by external influences .ie: supply from electrical service provider / lightening surges /
I can replace This unit ( Rccd ) with an automatic resetting device.
Some advantages of this device in resetting in your absence. Fridge Freezers, pool pumps, security cameras alarm systems & lights, inconvenience of calling a key holder to go and reset it manually.

This device will attempt to reset . If there is an existing fault present or developed in the installation of your property ,it will make 3 spaced timely increments to reset. If fault/s not cleared and still present For Safety it will lock out and not re energise to protect the risk of fire , injury or fatality. One or more faults will need investigating and any remedial work necessary for the integrity of your existing installation.

POOL PUMPS

Recently i have noticed quite a few call outs regarding pool pump breakdowns and the knee jerk reaction to just go out and replace with a new one.
Considerations
1.Is the pump getting power to it from the switch gear ie: Circuit breaker, Time clock,Contactor.
2. Is the capacitor breaking down?
3.Inside the pump is a thermal cut out to protect the pump windings overheating and seizing your pump.
4. Is there plenty of air space around the cooling fan.
5.The Temperature this time of year will be a factor on some of the components on your pump.
Leave it switched off and try next day.
If it persists no function .Then the above needs investigating.
If you need a replacement pump get a well known brand.

Led lighting installed for customer this week

Removal of bath and pier wall to make way for walk in Shower without a complete Bathroom reform. had to extend floor mosaic tiles as couldnt find matching existing of old.
if screen removed could be wheel chair accessible.

I am just glad I didnt have to use a shovel .Replacing pipes feeding our community water supply of 6 few yrs ago now ..these things tend to happen when its lovely and hot in July
