Mondays are my busiest day.
But I don’t start them at my desk.
I start with a long walk in the mountains with my dog.
No emails.
No notifications.
No noise.
Just space to think.
The way I start the week directly impacts how I show up, both for my own business and for the clients I support.
That time gives me clarity on what actually matters. What needs to move forward, and what can wait.
So when I sit down to work, I’m not reacting. I’m focused.
And that’s a big part of what I bring to the businesses I support.
Not just getting things done, but creating structure and calm so everything runs properly behind the scenes.
Most people try to fix overwhelm during the working day.
But often, it starts before that.
How do you set yourself up for the week ahead?
