Last week, we hosted our second International Founders event in Málaga at La Terraza de San Telmo!

The evening brought together founders, builders, and people working on ambitious ideas across different industries and markets.

Together with , we added a fun and interactive activity to the evening, making it easier for people to start conversations and connect more naturally.

Monday was Karl’s last day as an intern at K.B Consultancy

Over the past months, Karl has been part of the team, the office, the meetings, the ideas, the coffee moments, and everything in between.

Internships are about learning, but they are also about showing up, asking questions, taking initiative, and becoming part of the way a team works.

Karl has done exactly that!

We are very grateful for the energy, curiosity, and good vibes he has brought into K.B.

So for now, thank you for being part of the journey, Karl!

Workflows, automations, and somehow still finding time for team dinners 🍷

Last night we had an afterwork dinner at here in Málaga after a very busy couple of weeks with client work, meetings, planning, content, and internal projects.

Great to see you Freddy!

Most of our conversations normally happen while multitasking, walking between meetings, replying in Slack, or trying to solve five things at the same time, so it was really nice to sit down together for a few hours outside of work mode!

Also highly recommend Vino Mio if you are looking for a cozy dinner or afterwork spot in Málaga!

Our founders Robin and Linus are currently in Hamburg for Festival!

A special thanks to Jan Peiniger from .cloud for the invitation and for making this part of the week possible!

The days are filled with conversations, meetings, and time spent with founders and partners.

Being present in spaces like this matters because it creates room for new perspectives, honest discussions, and insight into what is moving across business, technology, and growth.

K.B hosted our very first event yesterday at in Malaga!

and honestly… it turned out even better than we expected

We brought people together using , a simple but fun way to get everyone talking, connecting, and stepping a bit outside their usual circles

A lot of new conversations started, new faces met, and new connections were created in just a few hours 🤝🏻

We are really grateful to everyone who showed up and made the atmosphere what it was!

This is definitely not the last time we do this.

Friday was a bittersweet one.

From day one, Emma Bauditz has been a core part of building K.B Consultancy into what it is today. Her impact, energy, and commitment have shaped not just our work, but our culture and the brand we live by.

Now, she’s taking the leap into entrepreneurship and launching her own company, bFound.

And honestly, we couldn’t be more proud.

Building something of your own takes courage. It takes vision. And if there’s anyone we trust to do it right, it’s her.

The best part? This isn’t goodbye.

K.B will be one of bFound’s first clients, and we’re excited to continue working together, just in a new way.
