Looking for a Social Media Manager!

We're looking for a freelance Social Media Manager to help with content, planning and community management for Erichsen Consulting and clients, if things go well.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

📌 Fluent English (a must)
📌 LinkedIn experience
📌 Skilled at creating reels, carousels, regular posts and stories
📌 Good copywriting skills (AI tools are welcome as a helper, but human review, input and evaluations are required)
📌 Efficient, good at managing tasks, planning and keeping an overview
📌 Great communication skills
📌 Reliable, with at least 8 hours available per week
📌 Registered as self-employed
📌 Other Scandinavian languages are a plus (not a must)
📌 An interest in industry trends is a plus

We're looking for someone who enjoys social media management and wants to work independently with full flexibility, while also being interested in a long-term collaboration and becoming part of Erichsen Consulting's freelance team.

Copenhagen is around three and a half hours from Málaga ✈️

That’s less time than it takes to go from Aalborg to Copenhagen by train.

We work with businesses in both Spain and the Nordics, and with clear communication, structured systems and quick feedback, our clients get the same high quality whether we’re in the same city or not.

But good collaboration is about more than what we deliver. It’s about knowing the people behind the business: what they value, how they communicate, what they’re proud of and which challenges they’re facing right now.

That’s why Line makes time to connect with our clients. Sometimes that’s a call with a founder, a coffee in Mijas or a flight to Denmark.

Not long ago, she spent the day with the Danish marketing team at Wolt’s office in Copenhagen. We’ve worked with them since the start of the year, and it was great to meet face to face and see their daily work up close.

Say hi to Cathrine 👋🏼

She recently joined the Erichsen Consulting team as a content and copywriter, and honestly, she is the perfect match: a BA and MA in English Studies, Danish background, and now based in Southern Spain. That means she moves between Danish, English, and Spanish without missing a beat.

But that's not really why we're excited 👀

She has an eye for language most people don't. A sentence isn't finished when it's correct. It's finished when it sounds right. That's the difference she brings to the team.

In a company that works across borders, that kind of creativity and cultural understanding isn't a “nice to have”. It's what makes the difference.

It's a Danish saying. The English one is: "𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿'𝘀 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗴𝗼 𝗯𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗼𝘁."

It has been true for Line and Erichsen Consulting for a while now.

Line spends the days helping clients attract leads through Google Ads and SEO, and the right messaging across platforms, while making sure what's online actually is aligned and reflects their business goals 💻

Meanwhile, Erichsen Consulting's own website has fallen behind. The content is outdated, the images old, and the message and structure no longer match, where the business is today.

A lot has changed since Line first started the company six years ago.

Do you ever want to just start over?

We do.

Roughly once a year.

Not because something is wrong, but because the business keeps changing shape. From the outside it probably looks steady. From where we stand, Erichsen Consulting is completely different than when Line started 6 years ago 👩‍💻

And it isn't only the business. Line has changed too. Both have become more resilient, clearer on what they want, and better at saying no when necessary.

It's been a rollercoaster, but we're proud the journey.
