¿Porqué es importante tomar acción aobre las oportunidades que tenemos enfrente?

Las oportunidades siempre están alli, solo es cuestión de estar alerta para ser conscientes de ellas. Al hacerlo ponemos en marcha el movimiento de piezas centrales que repercutirán en nuestro bienestar general en el trabajo, en nuestra relación con el mismo y, como consecuencia de esto, en los resultados que obtendremos. Nos sentiremos más satisfecho sabiendo que al menos lo hemos intentado.

Recordemos que las personas y las organizaiones crecen y se desarrollan a medida que aprovechan las oportunidades para hacerlo. Las oportunidades son los momentos en que podemos probar nuevas cosas, mejorar e incluso encontrarnos a nosotros mismos.

Today's positive affirmation is about personal growth and, specifically, making mistakes. It is really important to recognise that making mistakes is one of the principal ways that we learn. If we work in an environment where we have the opportunity to learn from our mistakes, we are likely to have a higher Emotional Salary (the emotional or non-financial benefits we get from our work).
