A website doesn't stop evolving when it goes live.
We've recently added a new interactive mapping tool to the OptFORESTS website, a European research project focused on forest genetic diversity.
The map brings together research data from different Work Packages, allowing users to explore thousands of geographical records, filter them by species and navigate different types of research sites.
Behind the interface, there's quite a bit of work on data processing, geographical visualisation and making complex information easier to explore.
It's also a good example of something we care about at NewtVision: building websites and platforms that continue to grow alongside the projects they support.
