🇬🇧🏗 From APP Consultoría - Project Management Consulting we are pleased to share for another year the collaboration with the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid through the Master of Oil and Gas Engineering (mip) of the School of Mining and Energy Engineering - -UPM.📚
APP-PMS®. consultants have given master classes within the Surface Facilities Engineering module focused on project planning in the Oil & Gas industry.

During the two days we were able to teach and provide project scheduling and control together with . Congregating theoretical concepts of Project Management, the solution was linked to the life cycle of the projects and it was appreciated to see how the BIM methodology is applied in each of the stages of the projects.
After the course, attendees acquire the ability to centralize and manage all their project data through standardizations during the project lifecycle.



Topics such as global requirements of industries and administrations, advantages of working with and risk management analysis were the main topics of conversation.

Durante las dos jornadas pudimos enseñar y proporcionar programación y control de proyecto junto con . Congregando conceptos teóricos de Project Management, se enlazó la solución con el ciclo de vida de los proyectos y se apreció ver cómo la metodología se aplica en cada una de las etapas de los mismos.


Tras el curso, los asistentes adquieren la capacidad de centralizar y gestionar todos los datos de sus proyectos mediante estandarizaciones durante su ciclo de vida.
Temas como requisitos globales de las industrias y administraciones, ventajas de trabajar con y análisis de gestión de riesgos fueron los motores de conversación de las jornadas.
