Yesterday I hit a personal best in the gym…30kg Glute Dropbacks

this is me in 2021 today my body is even stronger today

I felt my whole body yesterday

I couldn’t feel anything else

Just my body lifting to new heights

I am in a new phase of growth

And my body knows it as does my mind

Multi dimensional strength is forming

I keep growing I keep glowing

I felt tears form as my body reached euphoria - I felt that FULLY - boom 💥
