Cutting my teeth in the corporate world my wife and I left 50 years of corporate experience behind us in 2007 and started our own Franchise business and what we found was that lots of skills we had in corporate business where easily transferable into a small Franchise business. Within months of setting up we where ranked in the top three nationally of 220 franchises and winning Franchisor awards a
nd being nominated for New Franchise of the year. We hired our first staff members (always a scary time for a new Business) within 6 months and the business continued to grow as did the recognition from both within the franchise and with a London Wide Customer Service award. I instigated a full programme of coaching and mentor our staff with weekly meetings and goals for them to strive for. One goal was was employees future careers and where they would go after they left us. Our goal with the Franchise was to grow it to a level where it would pay for our retirement and so after 12 years and with 13 staff we sold the franchise and retired to Spain. Boy does that sound easier than it was and I shouldn't have coached my staff as previous employees of ours decided to start their own entrepreneurial journeys and I was happy to help and advise them. So, After the Jump Business Coaching was formed and I am here to help with all areas of Business coaching from the earliest days of a new Start up to the Full Marketing Campaign of an established business. My goal is to help ambitious Business Owners to build the business they thought they would have when they started their business and will leave you with one thought!
