Our Can Gelat Ecological Callet, slowly changing colour in the Mallorcan sun.

Right now the grapes are entering véraison, the beautiful moment when they begin to ripen and shift from green to soft pink, purple and deeper red tones.

From here, the berries start building sugar, the acidity slowly softens, and the aromas, colour and flavour begin to develop. With Callet, this happens in its own quiet rhythm: sometimes cluster by cluster, sometimes even berry by berry.

A gentle reminder that nature does not rush, but harvest is getting closer. 🍇

Last weekend we had the pleasure of hosting events across the Netherlands, from an evening with PoP4W**e and Restaurant Merlet, to a tasting at Van der Zalm, and a w**emakers lunch with 2 Michelin star chef Martin Kruithof at De Lindenhof.

A sincere thank you to all our hosts and partners for their warm hospitality, and to everyone who joined us.
