What’s in a review… well a review gives prospective customers a sense of comfort and trust in the company they are considering. It makes a HUGE difference to any business but especially a small independent business. I am always so grateful for each and every review left by my clients. Colder mornings and earlier sunsets mean Maintenance Season. Property Management requires the ability to manage many different forms of maintenance and today was no different. Planning, excellent trades contacts, coordination and process all come in to play. As a small business owner there are so many hats to wear; Marketing, Accounts, Customer Care, Logistics, Admin.... It is so easy to get lost in it all.
