Our years of experience on the island allow us to offer our clients the highest quality in all aspects of building. Whether it is renovating an old finca or creating your new home, we will take care of all the stages from design to actualising every details, until you can relax in your very own masterpiece. integral, well built & aesthetically pleasing houses. We work with a network of crafts & trades people we have built up over the years, all of whom we trust to work to the highest quality

We believe in homes that contribute beautifully to their environment, both visually and in their use. we want your home to cost you and the planet as little as possible. we do this through extensive use of insulation, rain water harvesting and solar/wind energy. These techniques will reduce your bills and environmental impact. Wherever possible we use both local materials and labour both to reduce costs and the embodied energy of your home. We can also make use of the abundant solar energy both to heat water and to directly generate electricity. Current Spanish Law means that there can be up to 12% returns on investment in solar energy generation. In Mallorca, insulation serves a double purpose, both to keep you warm in Summer whilst reducing your bills all year round.
