"Ich habe gerade ein paar sehr intensive Tage und heute morgen war ich sehr emotional und habe jetzt diese Session gemacht und es hat sich noch so viel mehr gelöst. Habe noch mehr geweint und jetzt merke ich wie langsam eine Ruhe in mir einkehrt. Loosing 10.000 ¬€ - or how I learned to feel abundance.
I always had enough money. I had good money.
But from the very beginning I learned that I had to work hard for it.
In business, I worked hard. 60h+ / week.
6-figure income.
Know what? Every time I reached a goal, I didn’t feel success.
It was all empty.
And in my deepest core I was just feeling it is not enough.
But when is enough?
1 million? 10 million? More?

It will never be enough if you cannot feel the feeling of safety and abundance.
For more than 4 years, I tried to feel this feeling.
Abundance.
From the inside and not connected to the outside.
Guess what? After loosing 10.000€ in few days it clicked.
My secret: I can choose to feel abundance.
Having or not having these numbers on my bank account doesn’t change anything.
And if these daemons of fear and worry are trying to trigger me.
I choose to feel abundance.
That’s all.
Life is beautiful.

It brought us here to a world of sorrow, separation and disparity.
This principle is old. It will disappear.
The new world consists of circles.
This is the feminine.
Understanding this I ask myself WHY
Why are so many women trying to do network marketing?
Why are working for pyramids?
They will all go.

My sister
We started life together.
We grew together.
We shared the same womb.
And there she died.
Her soul was gone.
Her body dead.
Dead without being born.
This pain accompanies me all my life.
The fear of experiencing this again,
Clutches me for so long.
In business it shows in different ways:
Keeping people at distance to protect myself, blocks them also to come into my business range.
Trying to be the best, perfectionism, doing everything to be “good enough”.
Feeling dependent on the woman I love
Sacrifice myself for her..so much more!

Every time I dive deep into the patterns on the surface I can see that one root cause.
Sometimes I cannot image how a life without it could look like.
And every time I face that pain I see it is not controlling me.
I take my power back
And go the path.

Es fühlt sich auf einmal alles so Einfach an..

Irgendetwas hat sich dieses Jahr in meinem Leben verändert hat
Ich erfahre mein Leben auf einmal von einer anderen Ebene.

Ich habe das Gefühl das Leben auf einmal leichter geht
Ich habe mehr Zeit - Zeit zu sein und zu fließen
Ich erfahre meine Beziehung unglaublich frei und erfüllend
Mein Business fühlt sich leicht an
Ich habe wundervolle, herzerfüllende Freundschaften
Als würden die Dinge auf einmal ganz einfach zu mir fließen

Und ich habe NICHTS dafür im Außen geändert!!
Ich habe alles in MIR geändert!!

Bis vor ein paar Monaten fühlte sich mein Leben oft noch schwer, zäh und anstrengend an.
(Ich mache kein Geheimnis daraus, das mein letztes Jahr ziemlich schwer war)

Es gab so viele Trigger mit denen ich mir mein Leben schwer machte.
Ich fühlte mich so oft verletzt.
Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass es das Leben und die Menschen NICHT gut mit mir meinen
Ich versuchte so DOLL alles richtig zu machen
Meine Beziehung fühlte sich oft schwer und unfrei an
Mein Business war oft anstrengend und zäh

Und irgendwie fühlte sich das oft so schwer an

Let's stop hustling.
Let's stop doing more and more.

So often I observe myself being caught up in old patterns again. The fear of not being enough what always ends in hustling, trying harder, doing more...

When I am caught in this loop my energy always drops.
I am stressed, worried and anxies.

So today LUCKILY I found an old text of mine that helped me to DO THINGS DIFFERENT.

My own words helped me so much to step out of the old pattern and into a high energy again. That´s why I wanted to share it with you again. READ BELOW:
..I used to first work my a** off and then at the end I´d make room for pleasure.. or səx... ⠀

If I wasn´t to tired⠀
Or if it wasn´t too late⠀
Or if...⠀
⠀
Blablabla..⠀
⠀
What would happen most of the time was that of course səx never happened.⠀
⠀
𝐌𝐄 𝐓𝐎𝐃𝐀𝐘:⠀
What I do now is that I take səx as my first priority⠀
⠀
I AM MIXING THINGS UP⠀
⠀
I no longer rush into my day in order to start working right away. But I meet my man for a jummy, juicy breakfast on the kitchen counter - he feasting from me... ;)⠀
⠀
Or I stop working in the middle of something in order to meet my man for a 2 hours kashmiri massage followed by what ever wants to arise…⠀
(Just a few months ago this would have given me a panic attack… that´s how much I was so fixated on working working working) ⠀
⠀
What I realise now is that if I take səx, and juicyness and pleasure as my priority, I am working from a complettely new energy…. ⠀
And I can feel that in my work⠀
And the people around me feel it too⠀
⠀
Cause səxual energy is lifeforce energy⠀
It´s creative energy⠀
It´s the energy that creates all life..

So what do you think this energy does when you pour it into your projects and work…

IT CREATES MAGIC!!

This way of working also allows me to be in my feminine flow. To do business the feminie way. ⠀
