The whole year-round we provide 20 fully equipped coworking spaces at the FU International Academy Tenerife. We are an international Spanish language school, that also teaches digital marketing at SEOintheSUN for participants from all over Europe. Coworking in the Sun is for sale.
This is not a distressed sale. It is a focus decision.
We started Coworking in the Sun in 2014, long before “remote work” and “digital nomads” became mainstream. Over the years, it became more than just a workspace: a brand, a location, a website, a social media presence and an organic Facebook community of 43,700 remote workers and digital nomads.

The reality is simple: our main business is education. We run a language school, online courses and other training brands. In recent years, we have not been able to give Coworking in the Sun the attention it deserves.
And that is exactly why we are ready to pass it on.

The potential is clearly there. A fully equipped 75 sqm workspace in one of Puerto de la Cruz’s most iconic buildings. A view over Hotel Botánico’s private garden. Open 7 days a week. A recognized brand. A strong digital footprint. A large, organically built nomad community.
But it needs someone who wants to actively develop it: events, memberships, retreats, partnerships, content, community, local experiences, remote work packages, relocation services — there are many directions this could go.

We simply do not have the resources, time and energy to unlock that potential ourselves right now.
So we are looking for someone who sees what this can become and wants to take it further.
