EL TIEMPO TAMBIÉN SE VENDIMIA.

La vendimia empieza cuando la uva ha alcanzado el punto justo de maduración y ha desarrollado todo aquello que buscamos en ella.

Para saberlo, hay que observar, probar y escuchar lo que nos cuenta cada viñedo. 🌿

Porque cada variedad tiene su ritmo. Cada parcela, su momento.

Y cuando llega, lo sabemos. Es hora de vendimiar. 🍇

Harvest begins when the grapes have reached the right level of ripeness and developed everything we look for in them.

Knowing when that moment has arrived means observing, tasting and listening to what each vineyard has to tell us. 🌿

Because every variety has its own rhythm. Every plot, its own moment.

And when it comes, we know. It’s time to harvest. 🍇

¿Qué hace noble a una uva?

Quizás conocerla de verdad.

Entender su carácter, respetar sus tiempos y saber leer la tierra en la que crece.

La Bobal forma parte de nuestra historia desde hace generaciones. Una variedad autóctona de Utiel-Requena, de pequeños racimos y maduración lenta, que durante mucho tiempo esperó para mostrar todo lo que podía ofrecer.

En Camporrobles, en el corazón de Utiel-Requena, aprendimos a entenderla desde cerca. A observar cómo el suelo, la roca madre y cada parcela dan forma a su expresión. A trabajar con ella.

Porque la nobleza de una uva no surge de cambiar lo que es.
Surge de dejarla ser Bobal.

De ahí nace Pasión de Bobal: nuestra forma de reivindicar una variedad, su territorio y darle el lugar que merece.

The Bobal grape has been part of our history for generations. A native variety of Utiel-Requena, with small bunches and a slow ripening process, it took a long time to reveal all it had to offer.

At Camporrobles, in the heart of Utiel-Requena, we have learnt to understand it up close. To observe how the soil, the bedrock and each plot shape its expression. To work with it.

Because the nobility of a grape does not come from changing what it is.
It comes from letting it be Bobal.

This is the origin of Pasión de Bobal: our way of championing a grape variety and its terroir, and giving it the place it deserves.

El ganador de nuestro Concurso de Arte Urbano es Julián Martínez (Letsornot)

Muy pronto lo veremos transformar la fachada de Las Pizarras, en Maluenda, con una obra que dialogará con el mural creado por Artur López (De Tripas Aerosol) y con la intervención de Vera Galindo en el depósito de la bodega.

Tres artistas, tres visiones y un mismo paisaje como punto de encuentro. 🎨🍇

¡Enhorabuena, Julián! Estamos deseando ver cómo dejas tu huella en nuestra bodega.

The winner of our Urban Art Competition is Julián Martínez (Letsornot).

Very soon we’ll see him transform the facade of Las Pizarras, in Maluenda, with a piece that will engage with the mural created by Artur López (De Tripas Aerosol) and Vera Galindo’s artwork in the winery’s tank room.

Because when a wine born in Calatayud crosses borders to shine at the Brussels World Wine Competition, the least we can do is follow in its footsteps.

Yes, we’ll be passing through Brussels and Bruges. But we’ll also be getting lost in those places that don’t always feature in the guidebooks: Huizingen, Aalter and Knokke.
