Pool Service
HOS can look after the maintenance and cleaning of your swimming pool. Whether chlorine or saltwater, we can supply the necessary products and tools. We will check the water weekly and carry out extra inspections after extreme weather such as thunderstorms or prolonged heat.

Replacement or repair of parts, including tiling, is also one of our service options. This is carried out by our own people, or if necessary, with the support of HOS-approved parties.

Garden Maintenance
HOS takes care of the maintenance of your garden and also offers a full landscaping service. This can include:

• General maintenance
• Planting trees and shrubs
• Lawn mowing and pruning of trees/shrubs
• Maintenance and care of palm trees
• Felling of trees
• Cleaning and maintenance of terraces
• Control and maintenance of irrigation systems
• Insect and pest control
• Building and maintaining perimeters such as natural stone walls
• Construction of roofs and pergolas, including any permit applications

These services will be provided by HOS-approved partners under the coordination of HOS management.

Logistics Service
Receiving goods from abroad can sometimes be complicated in Mallorca. Your local HOS office will be happy to receive any packages on your behalf, and if required, can deliver them to your home. This service is free of charge for small packages, but for larger deliveries, there may be a fee so please check with us first.

We are also happy to assist you with:

• 24-hour courier service for those important things like keys, documents, etc.
• Long-term storage of goods
• Sending general packages and goods

Repair and Maintenance

HOS can assist you with the repair, maintenance and/or renovation of your house. Services include:

• Control of pump installations, heating or cooling installations, solar installations, batteries, solar panels and generator
• Ventilating of rooms and taking care of the flow of pipes and drains
• Interior/exterior decorating, including shutters
• Plastering
• Electrical works
• Plumbing works
• Moving and/or starting your vehicle(s) periodically
• Arranging maintenance and/or repair of your vehicle(s)

The above will be carried out by our own team or where necessary, by HOS-approved external parties.

If you use our inspection service, it can often prevent more costly repairs as our property inspectors will often highlight any issues that require repair or maintenance before they suffer further decay.

Any issues discovered during an inspection will be photographed and sent to you with a report and quotation for the repair. Upon receipt of your approval, we will make sure the works are carried out to the highest standard.

Rental Service

Having 14 years of experience, HOS knows better than anyone that renting your property as a holiday home does not just consist of placing it on a rental site.

HOS will meet and greet your guests with the key, arrange a welcome package or any other service requested, and ensure that your house is clean and 100% in order.

When your guests vacate, HOS will carry out a full inventory and ensure that any broken/missing items are replaced and any necessary repairs are completed.

HOS can also help you with temporary storage of any personal items that you may want removing before your rental guests arrive.

HOS will also oversee the registration of your guests with the required authorities. We can even help you with your annual declaration of rental income.

Security and Privacy

Your keys and any other means of access will be stored by HOS in a safe and will be identified by a code number.
Only your local contact person and administration will have access to your personal data.

All HOS employees and external parties have been screened by us and have signed the necessary contracts regarding security and privacy.

Every HOS employee who performs work in or around your home will register at your location by scanning a QR code.

External parties will only be given access accompanied by HOS personnel.

Cleaning Service

HOS can take care of cleaning your property at a schedule to suit your needs. We have a great team of professional cleaners who you can trust to respect both your property and your privacy.

If required, we can also provide steaming and washing of clothes, curtains, bedding, furniture covers, etc.

Many of our customers opt for a regular weekly clean with an additional clean just before the next arrival.

A deep clean after renovations or long-term rental periods is also one of our specialities.
