Employee Administration (m/f/d)
part-time Mon-Fri
Your tasks:
* Reception of customers and co-operation partners
* You will operate the telephone switchboard in German,
Spanish and English
* Professional office organisation and coordination of appointments
* Processing of e-mails and prompt internal distribution
* Organisation of meetings
* General administrative support for the sales team
Your profile:
* Good knowledge of German, Spanish and English
* Experience in office organisation and secretarial tasks
* Confident handling of MS Office applications
* Organisational skills and strong communication skills
* Reliability, ability to work in a team and resilience
