Cada acció transforma / Every action transforms
Avui comparteixo una visita molt especial a la Fundació Portolà amb l’Associació DIRSE de Directius de RSE.
Som ja més de 1.000 professionals a tot Espanya treballant per una sostenibilitat empresarial amb impacte real, i aquesta trobada n’és un bon exemple.
La Fundació Portolà fa més de 35 anys que genera oportunitats laborals i socials per a persones amb discapacitat intel·lectual o trastorn mental.
Des de la seva tasca en neteja, jardineria, costura o esdeveniments, demostren que impacte social i competitivitat poden anar de la mà.
Amb les companyes de DIRSE vam poder veure els tallers, conèixer les persones que hi treballen i entendre com cada acció transforma.

Today I’m sharing an inspiring visit to the Portolà Foundation with the DIRSE Association of CSR Executives.
More than 1,000 professionals across Spain are already part of this network, driving corporate sustainability with real social impact.
The Portolà Foundation has been creating jobs and opportunities for over 35 years for people with intellectual disabilities or mental health challenges.
Through their work in cleaning, gardening, sewing, and event hospitality, they show that social purpose and business excellence can go hand in hand.
Visiting their workshops with my DIRSE colleagues reminded me how every action can transform when done with meaning.
