Obligatory procedures in the transfer of vehicles
Have you thought about selling or buying a used car? The first thing you have to take into account is that the sale of vehicles is regulated by the Administration and entails a series of mandatory procedures, both for the buyer and for the seller. If you do not carry out the procedures for the transfer of the vehicle, you may have problems, such as notifications of sanctions as the owner of the vehicle, or reports of abandonment, not passing the ITV... The change of ownership will avoid problems.
If you have purchased the vehicle from an individual, remember that you must keep the sales contract or a photocopy of it, a photocopy of the seller's identity document, the request for change of ownership of the vehicle signed by the buyer and seller, and the documentation of the vehicle (ITV card, ...)
Trámites obligatorios en la transferencia de vehículos
¿Ha pensado en vender o comprar un coche de segunda mano? Lo primero que tiene que tener en cuenta es que la compraventa de vehículos está regulada por la Administración y conlleva una serie de trámites obligatorios, tanto para el comprador como para el vendedor. Si no realiza las gestiones para la transferencia del vehículo, puede tener problemas, como notificaciones de sanciones como propietario del vehículo, o denuncias por abandono, no pasar la ITV… El cambio de titularidad te evitará problemas.
Si has adquirido el vehículo a un particular, recuerda que debes quedarte con el contrato de compraventa o una fotocopia del mismo, una fotocopia del documento de identidad del vendedor, la solicitud de cambio de titularidad del vehículo firmada por comprador y vendedor, y la documentación del vehículo (Tarjeta ITV, ...)

Heeft u er al over nagedacht om een gebruikte auto te verkopen of te kopen? Het eerste waar u rekening mee moet houden, is dat de verkoop van voertuigen wordt gereguleerd door de administratie en een reeks verplichte procedures met zich meebrengt, zowel voor de koper als voor de verkoper. Als u de procedures voor de overdracht van het voertuig niet uitvoert, kunt u problemen krijgen, zoals meldingen van sancties als de eigenaar van het voertuig, of meldingen van achterlating, het niet passeren van de ITV... De verandering van eigenaar voorkomt problemen.
Als u het voertuig van een particulier hebt gekocht, denk er dan aan dat u het verkoopcontract of een fotokopie ervan, een fotokopie van het identiteitsbewijs van de verkoper, het door de koper en verkoper ondertekende verzoek tot verandering van eigendom van het voertuig en de documentatie van het voertuig (ITV-kaart, ...)
