📢Dissemination event alert!

This week we had the amazing opportunity to be hosted at on the occasion of its celebration of its GOEUROPE day. During the event, we shared the outcomes and main results of project - "Sustainability in Culinary Practices: Tradition and Innovation towards a Sustainable Future". 🌱 💚

Teachers and students had the opportunity to learn more about the Manual on “Sustainable practices of the food cycle”, the series of Webinars conducted by each partner on various topics related to sustainability in the Horeca sector, as well as the interactive video-recipes on sustainable culinary techniques. 💡👨‍🍳♻

We enjoyed the stay of this group of French students of the hospitality and kitchen sector so much!! 🇫🇷 🇪🇺 🇪🇸

During their internship, they showed and improved their skills without a doubt👩🏻‍🍳🍽️. Moreover, We hope they experienced an enriching approach to the spanish culture through the countrie's cuisine from the very first hand! guided by the cultural and social aproaches the local products and ways to percieve eating and cooking 🥘🍊🍷.

We are proud 🥳 to be part of their formative journey and we wish them a lot of success in their careers!!

📢 Conclusion of the Erasmus+ GREEN CAPITAL project!

We are very proud to conclude a project that brought together students and teachers with one shared goal – creating a greener and more sustainable future. 💚🌱🌎

📫Here is our third and last Newsletter where you can have a look at the results of the project:

1️⃣ In the first phase, we prepared the Green Capital project handbook with interesting facts and good sustainable practices from Eruopean Green Capitals or European Green Leaf Cities - Valencia, Ljubljiana, Treviso. 👍

2️⃣In the second phase, we developed a real board game, combining learning and fun! 🎲

✨Both results were tested by students and teachers in Italy, Spain, and Slovenia.

This week we travelled to Como, Italy, to participate in the third transnational face-to-face meeting of the Erasmus+ KA2 project! 📍✈️

Hosted by , the consortium had the chance to review the current progress of the project’s activities, in particular the digital platform that will support VET students and hosting organisations in better preparing for Erasmus+ international mobilities. 💼🌍

The face-to-face format of the meeting resulted in fruitful and stimulating sessions, where partners shared feedback, exchanged ideas, and coordinated the next steps and strategy for the coming months.

📅The next meeting will be held in June 2026 in Valencia, Spain.

– Making VET Education More Sustainable

The project is turning awareness into action! 💪
We are developing innovative tools to integrate sustainability into VET education across Europe:
📘 SustainaKit Handbook – a comprehensive guide for teachers and students on sustainable practices and responsible consumption.
🧰 SustainaKit Toolkit – an interactive set of activities, games, and resources to make sustainability learning hands-on and fun.
💻 Open-access Website – available in five languages, giving everyone free access to all project materials and learning modules.

Together, these results aim to empower students and educators to create greener classrooms, reduce waste, and promote responsible habits. 🌍

📢This week, hosted the second transnational meeting of the in Helsinki, Finland.
☑ Once again, we have confirmed that face-to-face (or hybrid) meetings greatly facilitate synergies, agreements and planning. 🎯Promoting Social Inclusion through Culture Action.

📝How is the project progressing? 1️⃣The Action Plan is almost complete, 2️⃣we are starting to work on the Cultural Workshop Manual and 3️⃣we continue to develop the Social Club platform so that open access to all materials is ensured: https://socialclub.cs.ucy.ac.cy/

📅Next meeting: September 2026, Nicosia (Cyprus)

This week the partners from Italy, France, Spain and Slovenia met online to officially kick of the project.

Respect in every bite project aims to equip VET centers, teachers, and students in the food sector with tools to tackle current digital challenges by integrating EU strategies on media literacy, netiquette, and digital responsibility into training. 🥗🍽🌐

🇪🇺🇪🇺 Today we held the last face-to-face working session of ENTRE_VET at the headquarters of Mediterráneo Culinary Center by Cámara. 🇪🇺🇪🇺
💻💻We spent two days reviewing all the activities described in each of the work packages and addressing relevant details of the project management.
📅🗒️
Months of work have been completely reviewed and updated, and now the final phase before ENTRE_VET concludes begins. The consortium, formed by .volwassenenonderwijs .sk and has worked cohesively and purposefully.
During the morning session, we were visited by Cristina Vicente, director of the Training Hub of the Valencia Chamber of Commerce and director of the Mediterráneo Culinary Centre by Cámara, who explained the institution’s commitment to the internationalisation of vocational training.

Dissemination events alert!📢

Today we had the amazing opportunity to be hosted at to conduct a dissemination event of outcomes, sharing the main results of The Food Odyssey. 🧩🍎

Teachers and students had the opportunity to learn more about the Teachers Toolkit, the Students Toolkit, the creation of the Escape Room, as well as the different stages of the project.

🌿 Exciting news from the GREEN CAPITAL project! 🌍

During the month of October, our partners successfully finalised the development of the GREEN CAPITAL game as part of Activity 2 and officially launched the pilot implementation phase! 🎮✨

The game is now available in four languages — Italian, English, Spanish, and Slovenian, making it accessible to all countries of the project. 🌍

Students and teachers from VET Centres in Spain, Italy, and Slovenia had the chance to test the game and take on the challenge of visiting 10 European cities awarded as European Green Capitals or European Green Leaf Capitals 🌆🍃.

Their mission? 🌍 To complete their European Green Passport by correctly answering questions about each city’s sustainable practices! 🏅♻️

This phase is crucial to refine the game, receiving feedback on how to improve it from students and teachers, with the aim to ensure its positive impact on green education. 💚
