This week we had the amazing opportunity to be hosted at on the occasion of its celebration of its GOEUROPE day. During the event, we shared the outcomes and main results of project - "Sustainability in Culinary Practices: Tradition and Innovation towards a Sustainable Future". 🌱 💚
Teachers and students had the opportunity to learn more about the Manual on “Sustainable practices of the food cycle”, the series of Webinars conducted by each partner on various topics related to sustainability in the Horeca sector, as well as the interactive video-recipes on sustainable culinary techniques. 💡👨🍳♻
