Flow is a state of complete immersion in an activity where time seems to stand still, and everything just flows effortlessly. It's a beautiful state of being that I've been practicing and enjoying for several months now.
In my journey of discovering flow I created Karam Flow is a beautiful blend of dance, yoga, psychology and (martial) art that helps individuals achieve a state of flow.
Karam Flow is a path toward self-discovery, self-expression, and mindfulness. Through fluid movements, deep breaths, and creative expression, individuals can tap into their inner being and let go of their fears and anxieties.
