በቀላል ቋንቋ የእንግዳ ተቀባይነት አስተሳሰብ /Hospitality mindset ማለት ለእንግዶች ትክክለኛአመለካከት እና ባህሪ ማሳየት ማለት ነው።

በዚህ የሆስፒታሊቲ/የመስተንግዶ ኢንዱስትሪ ውስጥ እንግዶች ለአንድ ለተከራዩት የመኝታ ክፍልወይም ለምግብና መጠጥ ብቻ ብቻ ሳይሆን ሚከፍሉት ለሚያገኙት እንክብካቤ ጭምር ነው
የአንድ ሆቴል የእንግዳ ተቀባይነት አስተሳሰብ መሰረት ከጥበቃ እስከ
ማኔጅመንት ድረስ ያለው የእያንዳንዱ ሰራተኛ ግላዊ ባህሪ ነፀብራቅ ነው፡፡

1. የእንግዳ ተቀባይነት አስተሳሰብ ምን ማለት ነው?
የእንግዳ ተቀባይነት አስተሳሰብ ስንል ከዚህ በታች ያሉትን ማድረግ መቻል ማለት ነው
ሀ/ ሁሉንም እንግዳ ማክበር
ለ/ እንግዶች ነፃነት እና ምቾት እንዲሰማቸው ማድረግ
ሐ/ እንግዶችን በትህትና እና ፕሮፌሽናል በሆነ በንገድ ማገልገል
መ/ የእንግዳን ችግሮች እና ቅሬታ በፍጥነት መፍታት
በአጠቃላይ የእንግዳ ተቀባይነት አስተሳሰብ ማለት እንግዳን ከልብ በሆነ የእውነተኛ ፍቅር ፤በአክብሮት እና በኃላፊነት ማገልገል ማለት ነው።

2. የእንግዳ ተቀባይነት አስተሳሰብ መሰረታዊ ቁልፍ መርሆዎች
I.ቅድሚያ እንግዳ/Guest First
እንግዳ ማለት ለሆቴሉ የመኖሩ ምክንያት ነው። በምንሰጠው የተበላሸ አገልግሎት
ምክንያት እንግዳ የለም ማለት ደሞዝ የለም ፤ ሆቴሉ የለም፤ እድገት፤ ለውጥ እና መሻሻል ሊኖርአይችልም፡፡
ሁል ጊዜም ቢሆን እራሳችንን "ይህን እንግዳ እንዴት ማስደሰት እችላለሁ?" ብለን መጠየቅ አለብን
II.አዎንታዊ/ቀና አመለካከት
በየትኛውም ሁኔታ ድካም ቢሰማን፤ ብንሰለች፤ ብናኮርፍ እና የጭንቀት ስሜት ቢሰማን እንግዶችበጭራሽ ይሄንን የፊት ገፅታ እና ስሜት ሊያዩት አይገባም፡፡

ጥሩ የእንግዳ ተቀባይነት አመለካከት (Good hospitality Attitude) የምንለው
ሀ/ ፈገግታ / Real smile
ለ/ ሙያዊ ቋንቋ / Professional Language
ሐ/ የተረጋጋና ለስላሳ ግንኙነት /Calm Communication
መ/ የአክብሮት ቃና ያለው ንግግር /Respectful Tone
ለምሳሌ
"ቆይ አንዴ ስራ በዝቶብኛል" ብለን ለእንግዳ ወይም ለስራ ባልደረቦቻችን መልስ ብንሰጥ❌ ስህተት ይሆናል፡፡ ነገር ግን እባክዎን የኔ ጌታ ትንሽ ጊዜ ሊሰጡኝ ይችላሉ? አሁኑኑ አስተካክለዋለሁ ካልን ደግሞ ትክክል ይሆናል፡፡
III.ለእንግዶች ፍላጎት ትኩረት መስጠት
ምርጥ መስተንግዶ / The Great service ማለት እንግዳው ከመጠየቁ በፊትየሚፈልገውን አስቀድሞ መገመት/ማወቅ ነው።

ለምሳሌ እንግዳ የያዘውን ሻንጣ በመቀበል እርዳታ ማድረግ፣በጣም የደከመው እንግዳ ስናይ በራሳችን ተነሳሽነት ውሃ ማቅረብመንገድ ማሳየትእንግዶች የሚፈልጉት ነገር እንዳለ እና እንደሌለ ቼክ ማድረግ
IV.ለችግሮች ሃላፊነት መውሰድ
እንግዶች በሆቴሉ ውስጥ ባሉባቸው ጊዜ በሚያገኙት አገልግሎት ቅሬታ ሊያቀርቡይችላሉ፡፡ ነገር ግን ቅሬታው በሚቀርብበት ጊዜ ሌላ የስራ ክፍልን መውቀስ አልያምችግሩ የሌላ ስራ ከፍል እንጂ የኔ አይደልም የሚል መልስ ሊሰጥ አይገባም፡፡
