* Any one graduated,under graduate,or workers who certified by a field studies or takes any training that relates with Construction industry.
*fields it mainly comprise are civil,Architectural ,Geomatics, material eng, Geology, water Resource and irrigation eng, Urban planning, construction management,,.......any relates fields
