Growthtip Consulting PLC officially launched the five-day Training of Trainers (ToT) program at Elilly International Hotel as part of a strategic partnership with Siinqee Bank aimed at strengthening customer capacity building and promoting inclusive financial growth.
​The program was officially opened by Mr. Morkema, Vice President of Siinqee Bank, who emphasized the importance of leadership, continuous learning, and effective knowledge sharing to enhance the Bank's long-term performance and institutional excellence.
​The initiative is built on the developed Five-Year Customer Capacity Building Roadmap and Curriculum for Siinqee bank , designed to enhance knowledge, skills, and business development capabilities. As part of the roadmap, Growthtip Consulting PLC developed comprehensive training modules on Customer Capacity Building Roadmap, MSME Development & Business Development Services (BDS), Group-Based Lending Methodology, and Customer Awareness Creation & Financial Education, which will serve as the foundation for the implementation of the customer capacity building program.
​The ongoing Training of trainers is being undertaken by Growthtip Consulting PLC to ensure smooth understanding of the roadmap, strengthen institutional ownership of the program, and prepare Siinqee Bank internal trainers and mentors for effective rollout across the Bank’s customer network.
​During the opening session, Mr. Hamdeno Mideso, CEO of Growthtip Consulting PLC, expressed his sincere appreciation to the teams who were instrumental in successfully developing the Five-Year Customer Capacity Building Roadmap.
