Is looking for a dynamic, highly qualified, and experienced leader to join our team as a Mall and Apartment Manager.
If you have a strong background in commercial property, hospitality, or facility management and are ready to oversee a premier location, we want to hear from you!
Position: Mall and Apartment Manager
Educational Qualification: Masterโs or Bachelorโs Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Experience Requirement: 8/10 years of relevant work experience in shopping mall management, apartment rental management, commercial property management, hospitality management, or facility management. At least 5 of those years must be in a senior management position.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Salary: Negotiable
Key Skills & Competencies Required
Leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement.
Property leasing, tenant relationship management, and marketing.
Financial planning, budgeting, and cost control.
Contract, vendor, and facility management (including safety and regulatory compliance).
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and report-writing skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems.
