ምላስ አጥንት የለውም ነገር ግን አጥንት ይሰብራል:: እግዚአብሔር ምላስን እንደጆሮ ክፍት አላደረገም:: በከንፈርና በጥርስ ሸፍኖታል:: ትንሽ አሰብ አድርገን እንድናወራ ነው:: "ሰው ለመናገር የዘገየ ለመስማት የፈጠነ ይሁን" የሚለው ቅዱስ ያዕቆብ ስለ አንደበት ሲናገር "ትንሽ እሳት እንዴት ያለ ትልቅ ጫካ ያቃጥላል" እንዳለ የምላስ ኃይል እጅግ ከባድ ነው:: ከአፍ የሚወጣ እሳት ብዙ ጉዳት ሊያደርስ ይችላል::

ሰው በዱላ ቢደበደብ ታክሞ ቁስሉ ያገግማል:: ክፉ ንግግር የሚያቆስለው ቁስል ግን በቀላሉ አይሽርም:: ዱላ የሚያርፈው ሥጋ ላይ ሲሆን መጥፎ ንግግር ግን ነፍስ ላይ ነው:: ክፉ ንግግሮች ሰውን ለጊዜው ብቻ ሳይሆን ለዘላለም ሊያመርሩት ይችላሉ::

(ሌላ ነገርዋን ትተነው) ሚሼል ኦባማ በአንድ ቃለ መጠይቅ ላይ በጣም ልብ የሚነካ ነገር ስትናገር ሰማሁ:: ስለወረደባት ስድብ ስታስታውስ "አንዳንድ ክፉ ቃላት የነፍስን ቅርፅ ይቀይራሉ" ብላ ነበር::

እውነት ነው በመራር ቃላት የነፍሳቸው ቅርፅ ከተቀየረ ስንቶች ናቸው:: የማይዘነጉት ንግግር እድሜ ልክ የሚያቆስላቸው : የአንድ ሰው ከባድ ስድብ በራስ መተማመናቸውን የነጠቃቸው : የአንድ ሰው "አትችልም" የሚል ድምፅ እጅና እግራቸውን ያሰራቸው እጅግ ብዙ ናቸው:: ሰው ለማሳቅ ተብለው የተሰነዘሩ "ትረባዎች"ና አጥንት ሰባሪ ቀልዶች ቂመኛ ያደረጉዋቸው ሰውን ሁሉ ያስጠሉአቸው ስንት ናቸው? በስድብ ብቻ የፈረሱ ቤቶች አሉ:: ስለተሰደቡ ብቻ በሕዝብ ላይ የሚፈርዱ ዘር እስከማጥፋት የተነሡ አሉ:: ተናጋሪው በጥፋታቸው ውስጥ ትልቅ ድርሻ እና ተጠያቂነት እንዳለው ግን ይዘነጋል::

እግዚአብሔርም "እንደ ዋዛ ለተናገራችሁት ቃል በፍርድ ቀን መልስ ትሠጡበታላችሁ" ብሎአልና ለሰዎች የምንሰነዝረው እያንዳንዱ ቃል ያስጠይቀናል::

በተቃራኒው ለሰዎች ጥሩ ቃል መናገርን ብዙ ዋጋ አንሠጠውም:: ለስድብ የማናቅማማ ሰዎች ለምስጋና ሲሆን ግን እንሽኮረመማለን::
ፊት ለፊት አሳምረን የምንሳደብ ሰዎች ለማመስገን ሲሆን "በፊትህ ማመስገን እንዳይሆንብኝ" እንላለን::

ሆኖም ብናወጣው ሰዎች የሚነገራቸው ጥቂት በጎ ቃል ሰብእናቸውን ይገነባል:: ፈጣሪ "ብርሃን ይሁን" ብሎ በቃሉ እንዳበራው ማድረግ ባይቻልህ እንኩዋን በጥቂት በጎ ቃላት የአንድን ሰው ቀን ማብራት ትችላለህ::
ከምንም ሥጦታ በላይ መልካም የምስጋና ቃላት በሰው ልብ የሚቀር ውድ ሥጦታ ነው::

ባል ለሚስቱ ከሚገዛው ሥጦታ በላይ "ባልዋም ያመሰግናታል" የሚለውን ቃል ቢፈጽምላት ደስታ ይሆንላታል:: ልጆች ከብዙ ሥጦታዎች በላይ ከወላጆቻቸው የሚሰሙት የፍቅር ቃል ይሠራቸዋል::

የእስክንድርያው ፊሎ ለልጅ አባትና እናቱ ከሀገሪቱ ንጉሥና ንግሥት በላይ ናቸው ይላል:: የንጉሥ ቃል የሹመት ቃል ነውና ልጆች በወላጆቻቸው የሚሰሙት "ጎሽ" የሚል ቃል ከፍ ያደርጋቸዋል::

"ልጅሽ ትምህርት የማይገባው ደደብ ስለሆነ ትምህርት ቤት አትላኪው" የሚልን ደብዳቤ "ልጅሽ በጣም ጎበዝ ስለሆነ እሱን ማስተማር ስለማንችል በቤት አስተምሪው" ብላ ያነበበች እናት ትልቅ ሳይንቲስት አፍርታለች::

ብርሃን ይሁን ! ምድር ታብቅል! ብሎ የፈጠረን አምላክ በአርኣያው ፈጥሮናልና በቃላችን የምናሳምም ሳይሆን የምንፈውስ እንሁን::

መድኃኔ ዓለም ክርስቶስ "ወንድሙን የሚሰድብ ነፍሰ ገዳይ ነው" ብሎአል:: ስድብ ከመግደል እኩል ነው ሲል ነገሩን ለማግነን የተጠቀመው አገላለጽ ሳይሆን በእርግጥም መሳደብ ከመግደል ብዙም ስለማይለይ ነው:: ሀገራችን ላይ ያንዣበበው የዘር ጭፍጨፋ ብዙዎቻችንን ያሳስበናል:: እንደ ሩዋንዳ ልንሆን ነው? እንላለን:: ወዳጄ የሩዋንዳ የዘር ማጥፋት መነሻው እኮ የሚዲያ የጥላቻ ንግግር ነበር:: እውነት ለመናገር ዘር ነክ ስድቦችና በቀልድ መልክ የሚነገሩ የንቀት ንግግሮች ሁሉ የዘር ማጥፋት ዋዜማ ናቸው:: የጥላቻ ንግግር (hate speech) የዘር ማጥፋት እጅግ ወሳኙ መቆስቆሻ ነው:: ስለዚህ "በለው በለው" ብለህ በምትጽፈው comment ወንድሙን ከገደለው እኩል በፈጣሪ ፊት ትጠየቃለህ:: ቅዱሱ እንዲህ ይላል "እኔ ግን እላችኋለሁ፥ በወንድሙ ላይ የሚቆጣ ሁሉ ፍርድ ይገባዋል፤ ወንድሙንም ጨርቃም የሚለው ሁሉ የሸንጎ ፍርድ ይገባዋል፤ ደንቆሮ የሚለውም ሁሉ የገሃነመ እሳት ፍርድ ይገባዋል" ማቴ 5:22

ሲሮሲስ (Cirrhosis)በጉበት ላይ የሚከሰት ከፍተኛ ጠባሳ ሲሆን፣ ይህም ጤናማ የጉበት ህዋሳት በጠባሳ ህብረ ህዋሳት እንዲተኩ በማድረግ የጉበትን መደበኛ ተግባር የሚገድብ ከባድ የጤና እክል ነው።

ይህ በሽታ በተለያዩ ምክንያቶች ሊከሰት ይችላል፦
- አልኮልን አላግባብ መጠቀም፦ ለረጅም ጊዜ ከመጠን በላይ አልኮል መጠጣት ለጉበት እብጠትና ጠባሳ ዋነኛው መንስኤ ነው።
-ሥር የሰደደ ሄፓታይተስ (ቢ እና ሲ)፦ የቫይረስ ኢንፌክሽኖች ጉበትን በማጥቃት በጊዜ ሂደት ወደ ሲርሆሲስ ሊቀየሩ ይችላሉ።
የሰባ ጉበት በሽታ (NAFLD)፦ በአልኮል ምክንያት ባልሆነ መንገድ በጉበት ውስጥ ስብ መከማቸት ለጠባሳ ይዳርጋል።
የዘረመል በሽታዎች፦ እንደ ዊልሰን በሽታ (በጉበት ውስጥ መዳብ መከማቸት) እና ሄሞክሮማቶሲስ ያሉ በዘር የሚተላለፉ ችግሮች።

ምልክቶች
በበሽታው የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ ላይ ምንም ዓይነት ምልክት ላይታይ ይችላል። በሽታው እየገፋ ሲሄድ የሚከተሉት ምልክቶች ሊታዩ ይችላሉ፦
ከፍተኛ የድካም ስሜትና የሰውነት መዛል።
የቆዳ እና የዓይን ነጭ ክፍል ወደ ቢጫነት መለወጥ።
በሆድ (Ascites) እና በእግር ላይ የሚከሰት እብጠት።
የምግብ ፍላጎት መቀነስና ያልታሰበ የሰውነት ክብደት መቀነስ።
ግራ መጋባትና የማሰብ ችሎታ መቀነስ

መከላከያ መንገዶች
አልኮልን ማስወገድ
ክትባት መውሰድ፦ለሄፓታይተስ ቢ (Hepatitis B) ክትባት መውሰድ።
ጤናማ ክብደት፦
በደም ወይም በንክኪ የሚተላለፉ እንደ ሄፓታይተስ ሲ ያሉ በሽታዎችን ለመከላከል ጥንቃቄ ማድረግት።

Anaphylactic Shock: Severe form of anaphylaxis with rapid systemic hypersensitivity causing airway compromise, bronchospasm, vasodilation, hypotension, and poor tissue perfusion. It is a medical emergency that can progress within minutes.

🔹 Trigger and Onset
➟ Usually follows exposure to a food, drug, insect sting, or latex
➟ Onset is typically rapid, within minutes to hours
➟ Sudden multisystem symptoms after allergen exposure are a key clinical clue.

🔹 Skin and Mucosal Findings
➟ Urticaria (hives), flushing, and itching are common
➟ Angioedema of the lips, face, tongue, or uvula may occur
➟ Skin findings are common, but anaphylaxis can occur without obvious rash.

🔹 Upper Airway Involvement
➟ Throat tightness
➟ Hoarseness or voice change
➟ Stridor may occur
➟ These findings suggest laryngeal edema and impending airway compromise.

🔹 Lower Airway / Respiratory Signs
➟ Wheeze and bronchospasm are common
➟ Dyspnea, chest tightness, and hypoxemia may occur
➟ Can rapidly progress to respiratory failure if not treated promptly.

🔹 Cardiovascular Shock Features
➟ Hypotension is the key shock feature
➟ Tachycardia is common
➟ Dizziness, syncope, collapse, or confusion may occur from poor perfusion
➟ In adults, systolic BP < 90 mm Hg or a major drop from baseline supports the diagnosis.

🔹 GI Symptoms
➟ Crampy abdominal pain
➟ Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea may occur
➟ GI involvement is common in systemic anaphylaxis and is part of formal diagnostic criteria.

🔹 Diagnosis
➟ Diagnosis is mainly clinical
➟ Think anaphylaxis when there is rapid onset of skin/mucosal symptoms plus respiratory compromise or hypotension
➟ It can also be diagnosed when two or more systems are involved rapidly after likely allergen exposure.

🔹 Management
➟ IM epinephrine in the mid-outer thigh is first-line treatment
➟ A second dose may be needed after 5–15 minutes if symptoms persist
➟ Additional support may include oxygen, IV fluids, airway support, and emergency monitoring.

👉ከፍተኛ ደረጃ ላይ የደረሰ የኮሶ ትል ኢንፌክሽን ከቀላል የሆድ ሕመም ባለፈ፣ ትሎቹ በአንጀት ውስጥ ሲያድጉ ወይም የትሉ እጮች (Larvae) ወደ ተለያዩ የሰውነት ክፍሎች ሲሰራጩ (Cysticercosis) ለከፋ የጤና ችግር ሊዳርጉ ይችላሉ።
📍 **1. የአንጎልና የነርቭ ችግሮች (Neurocysticercosis)**
የአሳማ ኮሶ እጮች (T. solium) በአንጎል ወይም በአከርካሪ አጥንት ውስጥ ሲሰራጩ የሚከተሉትን ሊያስከትሉ ይችላሉ፦
* 🧠 **የሚጥል በሽታ መሰል ምልክቶች፦** ድንገተኛ መንቀጥቀጥና ራስን መሳት።
* 🤕 **ከፍተኛ የራስ ምታት፦** ለረጅም ጊዜ የሚቆይና የማይለቅ የራስ ምታት።
* 😵 **ግራ መጋባት፦** የማሰብ ችሎታ መለወጥ፣ ራስን ማዞር ወይም የባህሪ መለዋወጥ።
* 👁️ **የዕይታ ችግር እና የነርቭ ሕመም።**
📍 **2. የምግብ መፈጨትና የተመጣጠነ ምግብ እጥረት**
* 🚧 **የአንጀት መዘጋት፦** ትሎቹ በጣም ትልቅ በሚሆኑበት ጊዜ አንጀትን፣ የሐሞት ቧንቧን ወይም አባሪን (Appendix) ሊዘጉ ይችላሉ።
* 🩸 **ከፍተኛ የደም ማነስ፦** በተለይ ከዓሳ የሚመጣ ኮሶ ለከፍተኛ የቫይታሚን B_{12} እጥረትና ለደም ማነስ ይዳርጋል።
* 📉 **ያልተለመደ የክብደት መቀነስ፦** ሰውነታችን ማግኘት የሚገባውን ንጥረ ነገር ትሉ ስለሚሻማው ከፍተኛ የክብደት መቀነስ ይታያል።
📍 **3. የአካል ክፍሎችና የቲሹ ጉዳት**
የትሉ እጮች ከአንጀት ወጥተው ወደ ሌሎች የአካል ክፍሎች በመሄድ የሚከተሉትን ጉዳቶች ሊያደርሱ ይችላሉ፦
* 🧆 **ከቆዳ በታች ያሉ እብጠቶች፦** በቆዳ ስር የሚወጡ ትናንሽ እብጠቶች።
* 🫁 **የአካል ክፍሎች ስራ መስተጓጎል፦** እጮቹ ወደ ጉበት፣ ሳምባ ወይም ልብ ሊገቡ ይችላሉ።
* 👁️ **የዓይን ጉዳት፦** በዓይን ውስጥ የሚፈጠሩ እጮች ዕይታን እስከማጣት ሊያደርሱ ይችላሉ።
* 💪 **የጡንቻ ሕመም፦** እጮቹ በጡንቻዎች ውስጥ የውሃ እጢ (Cysts) ሊፈጥሩ ይችላሉ።
📍 **4. ሌሎች ምልክቶች**
* 🧴 **የአለርጂ ምልክቶች፦** ሥር የሰደደ የቆዳ ሽፍታ፣ ማሳከክ ወይም መቅላት።
* 🐛 **የትል ቁርጥራጮችን ማየት፦** በሰገራ ውስጥ በግልጽ የሚታዩ ረጅም የትል ቁርጥራጮችን (Proglottids) መውጣት።

🟣 Low Blood Sugar Warning Signs

➟ Low blood sugar is also called hypoglycemia.

➟ It happens when the glucose level in the blood drops too low, commonly below 70 mg/dL in people with diabetes.

➟ It can happen suddenly and needs quick attention, especially in people taking insulin or some diabetes medicines.

🟣 Common warning signs

➟ Shakiness
Hands or body may tremble suddenly.

➟ Sweating
Cold sweating can be an early sign.

➟ Sudden hunger
The person may feel very hungry very quickly.

➟ Dizziness
They may feel lightheaded, faint, or unsteady.

➟ Fast heartbeat
The heart may pound or race.

➟ Blurred vision
Vision may become blurry or hard to focus.

➟ Weakness
Low blood sugar can cause sudden weakness, tiredness, or low energy.

➟ Confusion or irritability
The person may seem confused, anxious, irritable, unusual, or less alert.

🟣 What to do immediately

➟ If the person is awake and able to swallow, give fast-acting sugar, such as glucose tablets, fruit juice, regular soda, sugar, or candy.

➟ If still low, repeat fast-acting sugar and recheck again.
