China - Ethiopia International Project Manager
We are seeking multiple outstanding Ethiopian – International Project Managers to meet the rapidly developing business needs of the company. As the core personnel of front - line ex*****on, you will be responsible for docking with local Ethiopian traders (suppliers or buyers) and representing our company to supervise and coordinate the ex*****on of the local supply chain in Ethiopia. Cooperate with the Ethiopian Coordinator, the China Headquarters Team, and the International Business Director to ensure the efficient implementation of China - Ethiopia international trade projects.
I. Job Responsibilities
1. Local Ex*****on Docking
• As the representative of the Chinese side, communicate and cooperate with local Ethiopian suppliers, purchasers, and supply chain ex*****on units (such as freight forwarders, warehouses, etc.). Supervise and report the progress of each link of the project and promote the orderly implementation of the project.
• Follow up the progress of trade business and regularly submit the "Project Progress Report" to the Ethiopian Coordinator and the International Business Director.
• Assist the Chinese team in collecting relevant project materials and documents. Ensure that the materials are complete and traceable.
2. Business Problem Collection and Collaborative Handling
• Collect and sort out problems in project ex*****on, mark risk points in the process, report them in a timely manner, and actively cooperate in handling under the company's guidance to ensure the smooth progress of the project. For example, cooperate with the head office and cooperation units to coordinate and solve problems such as insufficient production capacity, untimely delivery/payment, lagging response, communication barriers, etc.
3. Coordination of Local Resources in Ethiopia
• According to the company's needs, complete the collection, sorting, docking, and coordination of local resources.

4. Education and Experience
•Bachelor degree or above

5. Nationality and Gender
• Ethiopian nationality.
6. Language Proficiency
• Proficient in the local language.
• English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills can meet the needs of work and daily communication.
7. Software Skills
• Proficient in using common office software such as Excel, Word, Email.
• Have the ability to quickly learn various commonly used mobile and computer work software to adapt to the ever - changing work needs.
8. Personal Traits
• Emotionally stable, able to maintain stable work and task promotion in a stressful environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility, able to proactively promote the ex*****on of tasks and the solution of problems.
• Strong communication skills, able to effectively expand and maintain the relationships with the docked personnel and gain their recognition and support.
• Clear - minded, good at organizing and executing work tasks in an orderly manner.
• Have a strong learning ability, proactively learn new knowledge and skills.
9. Working Hours
• In view of the time difference between China and Ethiopia, be able to accept work communication during non - working hours to ensure the timeliness of project information.
