ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር በፌደራል ልዩ አዳሪ 2ኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤቶች የሚያስተምሩ ብቃት ያላቸው ተጨማሪ የሁለተኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤት መምህራንን አወዳድሮ መቅጠር ይፈልጋል።

የመወዳዳሪያ መስፈርቶች

የትምህርት ዝግጅት፦ በ2ኛ ደረጀ ትምህርት በሚሰጡ የትምህርት አይነቶች በመምህርነት ሙያ የ2ኛ ዲግሪ እና በላይ ያላቸው ሆነው፣ የተመረቁበት የትምህርት ዝግጅት ከመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ ስልጠና ጋር ቀጥተኛ ተዛማጅነት ያለው፡፡

አገልግሎት፦ በ2ኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት መምህርነት ሙያ ሦስት ዓመትና በላይ ያገለገሉ፡፡

ስልጠና፦ በክረምት ልዩ የመምህራንና የትምህርት ቤት አመራሮች የአቅም ግንባታ ስልጠና በተሰጠባቸው የትምህርት መስኮች ስልጠና የተከታተለሉ፣ ምዘና የወሰዱ እና ሰርትፍኬት ያላቸው።

ክህሎት፦ መሰረታዊ የእንግሊዘኛ ቋንቋ እና ቴክኖሎጂ አጠቃቀም እውቀትና ክህሎት ያለው/ያላት፡፡

የምዘና ሒደት፦ የጽሁፍ ምዘና በበይነ መረብ የሚሰጥ ሲሆን፤ ቃለመጠይቅ በአካል በመቅረብ የሚከናወን ይሆናል፡፡
