Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, ambitious, and tech-savvy young professional to support business development, proposal development, partnership building, research activities, and client engagement. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities and supporting the company's expansion and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Proposal Development
· Identify and monitor consultancy, research, training, grant, and tender opportunities.
· Monitor Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Expressions of Interest (EOIs), procurement notices, and funding calls.
· Prepare proposals, concept notes, EOIs, company profiles, and partnership documents.
· Build and maintain relationships with clients and strategic partners.
· Support business meetings, networking events, and consultancy, research, and M&E assignments.

Administrative & Compliance Support
· Support company licensing, tax, customs, and regulatory compliance activities.
· Assist with contract administration, document management, and recordkeeping.
· Provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient business operations.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, data science, or related quantitative fields.
Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience.

Required Skills
± Excellent proposal and report-writing skills.
± Strong research and analytical capabilities.
± Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
± Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
± Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments.
