Position: Deputy General Manager
Reports to: General Manager
Major duties;
1. Assist the general manager in leading and managing the consulting company and ensuring its growth and profitability
2. Oversee and coordinate various functions and projects within the company, such as finance, human resources, operations, and quality assurance Staff management etc.
3. Lead marketing activities for the growth and profitability of the company
4. Facilitate Bid document preparation and follow up
5. Develop Project Implementation follow up system for easy understanding of the progress,
6. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners
7. Develop & ensure company policies and procedures are followed by employees at all times,
8. Represent the general manager in his/her absence and ensure the smooth running of the company
Job Requirements:
•A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is preferred.
•At least 10 years of experience in the consulting industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
•Proven track record of leading and growing a profitable consulting business in a competitive market.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
•Ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a diverse and talented team of professionals.
•Knowledge of current trends and best practices in the consulting industry.
•Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
