blueMoon Ethiopia - Call for Mentors
The goal of the mentor program is to match the expertise and interests of registered volunteer mentors with the expressed needs of the entrepreneur who requires assistance in improving his/her startup.
Who can be a mentor?
A mentor is a confidential advisor or coach with the purpose of working as a sharer of information, communicator, facilitator and advisor to the entrepreneur.
If you are in your late 20s to mid 40’s, a mid-career business professional in the area of IT, agriculture, or any other business area, and looking to contribute her/his share in alleviating unemployment among the Ethiopian youth, you qualify to be a mentor! As a business professional, you may have your own business or have extensive experience working in the business world

How will a mentor be matched with a mentee?
When selected to be a potential mentor, you will be invited to our Mentor Mash event on September 24 to be matched with your mentee; the mentor-mentee matching process will be introduced during the event!
