A powerful gathering unfolded today as The i-Capital Africa Institute, in partnership with the Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE) and with support and initiation from FSD Ethiopia, hosted a high-level Stakeholder Validation Workshop on:
“Human Capital Development for the Ethiopian Capital Market Ecosystem”

The workshop brought together leading voices from:
👉 Government ministries and regulatory institutions
👉 Banks, insurers, and investment firms
👉 Universities, training institutions, and private sector players

With Ethiopia’s capital market taking shape, the conversation focused on building the skilled workforce that will drive it forward. The insights shared today are part of a larger effort to design a talent pipeline that supports a modern, trustworthy, and competitive capital market.

With the participation of around 100 engaged stakeholders, it was a true reflection of the momentum building across the ecosystem.
