Yoadan Tilahun Named Among Top 30 Global Women Thought Leaders

Yoadan Tilahun, Founder and CEO of Flawless Events, has been recognized among the Top 30 Global Women Thought Leaders at the Forefront of Global Transformation by NBC. The prestigious list, now in its 10th edition, highlights women who are redefining leadership across policy, technology, and social innovation worldwide.
Yoadan was honored for her pioneering work in building Flawless Events into a premier event management company that has organized high-profile conferences and corporate functions across Africa. Under her leadership, the company has worked with major international clients including Google, Coca-Cola, IBM, and the World Economic Forum, while driving social impact through job creation and sustainability initiatives.
In response to the recognition, Yoadan expressed gratitude on her social media, stating: "As I look at the women I'm listed alongside, I'm filled with pride and gratitude. Each of us is fueled by passion showing up every day despite the hurdles of running businesses, leading teams, and navigating the beautiful chaos of life."
The Ethiopian entrepreneur has previously received numerous accolades, including the "Seasoned Entrepreneur of the Year" award from UNDP in 2018 and being named a "Changemaker" by MeetingsNet in 2017. Flawless Events won the "Event Planner Africa" award at the Meetings Magazine Women in MICE celebration In 2015 . Yoadan serves as president of the newly established Ethiopian Events & Exhibition Organizers Association.
Beyond her business achievements, Yoadan is known for her community involvement, particularly through mentoring young businesswomen and supporting the "Yellow Movement" that provides sanitary pads to female university students to help them continue their education.
