This past Sunday, the women of LonAdd proudly participated in the Great Women Run under the inspiring motto: All the Rights for All Women. It was more than just a race—it was a powerful statement of unity, empowerment, and the shared commitment to championing women’s rights in our society.

The event was not just about running; it was about engaging with our community and reinforcing our values. What made the experience even more special was the presence of our children. Many of us ran alongside our daughters and sons, turning the day into a true family affair. It was heartwarming to see young boys and girls running together, understanding from an early age the importance of equality and inclusivity.

This run was an opportunity to showcase the strength, resilience, and unity of women within LonAdd and beyond. It allowed us to reaffirm our commitment to gender equality and to lead by example, not just in the workplace but in our communities and homes.

As she was attending an interview conduction , her colleagues, family, children, and grandchildren quietly gathered, ready to surprise her. The moment she stepped out, she was greeted with joy, love, and heartfelt wishes from her loved ones. The look of surprise and happiness on her face was truly priceless!
