Job Title: Pole Rigger

WebSprix IT Solution PLC is looking for a physically fit and safety-conscious Pole Rigger to support our aerial fiber-optic deployment projects. If you have experience working at heights and installing aerial telecommunications infrastructure, we want to hear from you.
The Impact You’ll Make
As a Pole Rigger, you will support the safe and efficient installation of aerial fiber-optic networks. Your work will ensure that cables, poles, and supporting infrastructure are properly installed and maintained according to technical and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and prepare poles and aerial infrastructure for fiber-optic deployment.
• Perform aerial fiber-optic cable installation on utility and telecommunications poles.
• Install brackets, clamps, suspension hardware, anchors, and other aerial cable accessories.
• Safely climb poles and work at heights using approved climbing and fall-protection equipment.
• Install, tension, and secure aerial fiber cables according to approved standards.
• Maintain appropriate cable sag, clearance, and alignment.
• Assist with aerial cable maintenance, relocation, and repair activities.
• Inspect poles, cables, and mounting hardware for safety and structural concerns.
• Follow all working-at-height, road-work, electrical-clearance, and PPE requirements.
What We Are Looking For
• Education: Technical certificate, diploma, or relevant telecommunications training is an advantage.
• Experience: Previous experience in pole rigging, aerial cable installation, or telecommunications fieldwork is preferred.
• Ability to safely work at heights.
• Physically fit and able to perform fieldwork.
• Knowledge of basic safety and PPE requirements.
• Willingness to work outdoors and at different project locations.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

WebSprix IT Solution PLC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Fiber Optic Splicer to support our network deployment projects. If you have strong practical skills in fusion splicing, OTDR testing, and fiber-optic troubleshooting, we want to hear from you.
The Impact You’ll Make
As a Fiber Optic Splicer, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality fiber connections and reliable network performance through accurate splicing, testing, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform fusion splicing of fiber-optic cables.
• Prepare fibers through stripping, cleaning, and precision cleaving.
• Install and organize splice closures, trays, ODFs, and fiber distribution boxes.
• Perform OTDR testing, optical power testing, and loss measurements.
• Identify and troubleshoot high-loss joints, fiber breaks, and other optical faults.
• Interpret fiber allocation plans and splicing diagrams.
• Maintain accurate splice records, test results, and network documentation.
• Properly operate and maintain fusion splicing and testing equipment.
• Follow fiber-optic quality standards and site safety procedures.
What We Are Looking For
• Education: Technical certificate, diploma, or relevant training in Telecommunications, Fiber Optics, Electrical/Electronics, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven practical experience in fiber-optic splicing and testing is preferred.
• Knowledge of fusion splicing and OTDR testing.
• Ability to troubleshoot fiber-optic faults.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work outdoors and at different project locations.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

The Impact You’ll Make
As a Fiber Optic Installer/Technician, you will play an important role in deploying and maintaining reliable fiber-optic networks. Your work will directly support the successful delivery of FTTH, FTTB, backbone, and distribution network projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install fiber-optic cables for FTTH, FTTB, backbone, and distribution networks.
• Route and secure fiber cables through ducts, conduits, buildings, poles, and other pathways.
• Install fiber distribution boxes, splitters, ODFs, ONTs/ONUs, and related equipment.
• Perform fiber termination and basic splicing as required.
• Conduct optical power and continuity testing.
• Identify and troubleshoot fiber installation faults and signal-loss issues.
• Read network drawings, installation plans, and work orders.
• Properly label, organize, and document installed cables and equipment.
• Follow approved installation procedures and health and safety requirements.
What We Are Looking For
