Are we really the second 'smartest' nation in mainland Africa?
IQ Average in Africa
IQ: "Studies by Richard Lynn, a British Professor of Psychology, and Tatu Vanhanen, a Finnish Professor of Political Science, who conducted IQ studies in more than 80 countries. Although this work was strongly criticized, it is difficult to deny the impact of high intelligence people on the welfare state, because the country for the benefit of which employs the brightest and most creative minds, cannot move forward and develop in a better way. Richard and Tatu argue that differences in national income are correlated with differences in the average national intelligence quotient (IQ)."
