MISSION
The mission of the company is to deliver technology based financial and non financial
service to the lower and m
iddle level sections of the society especially to meet the
financial gap of health workers, youth, and women in strengthening health stations and health facility found in the country
OBJECTIVES
The main business purpose of the company shall be to collect deposits and extend
credit to healthcare professionals (HCP) all over Ethiopia and people engaged in similar activities as well as micro and small scale heath sector centered rural and urban entrepreneurs
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
I. Collect deposits and extend credit to HCP (accept both voluntary and
compulsory savings as well as demand and time deposits from HCP)
II. extend credit to health professionals for purpose housing, private
vehicle and to achieve other personal milestone;
III. extend credit to small and medium scale health sector centered rural and urban entrepreneurs:
IV. support income generating projects of health professionals and people engaged in other similar activities ;
V. With a binding agreement with MOH build primary hospitals in rural areas and transfer to responsible body
VI. Invest on medications, medical supplies and equipment manufacturing
VII. Establishing pre hospital emergency service centers & tertiary health care centers
VIII. Investing on other MOH health care priority area
IX. Render managerial, marketing, technical and administrative advice to customers & assist them to obtain services in those fields;
X. Manage funds for micro and small scale businesses;
XI. Engage in other activities as specified by directives of the NBE from time to time. Provide Emergency fund for shareholders in case of significant illness that require abroad referrals.
