The quality of the government can be measured in terms of political stability assured in the country. However, political instability and human insecurity are rapidly increasing in some parts of Ethiopia, especially in the Amhara region. Hence, the government of Ethiopia should strive its goals to maintain security of the people from both internal and external aggressors.
