Recessed balconies, warm-toned perforated screens, contrasting finishes and integrated lighting define the architectural concept, creating a contemporary façade that balances visual appeal with practical functionality.

Masjid Ibnu Labun is a contemporary G+2 mosque project in Jijiga, designed to combine modern architectural expression with a strong Islamic identity. The exterior features clean white masses, deep blue architectural frames, an illuminated minaret, a central dome, and Islamic geometric screens.

Pointed-arch forms, patterned panels, warm architectural lighting, and carefully positioned glazing create a welcoming spiritual environment while supporting natural daylight. The design balances simplicity, dignity, functionality, and contemporary Islamic architecture.

A contemporary mixed-use development combining active commercial spaces at ground level with comfortable residential apartments on the upper floors. The apartments are designed with generous natural lighting, large windows, balconies, efficient circulation, and clearly separated access from the commercial areas.

The façade features projecting balconies, vertical fins, warm wood-toned finishes, and clean white and charcoal architectural frames, creating a distinctive modern identity. Organized parking, landscaped green areas, pedestrian circulation, shaded outdoor seating, and recreational garden spaces complete the development.

Designed for one extended family living across three independent households under one roof, this G+2 residence balances family connection with privacy and independence. Each floor functions as a complete home with living and dining spaces, family room, kitchen, master suite, two additional bedrooms, and a common bathroom.

The design places privacy with connection at its center, with an independent-access staircase serving each household while maintaining a shared architectural identity. Individual balconies, defined volumes, strong architectural frames, clean contemporary lines, consistent materials, and integrated lighting bring the three homes together as one residence.

The existing top floor was transformed into a functional and welcoming executive workplace designed around the everyday needs of the Jijiga City Mayor’s Office.

The interior includes the Mayor’s Private Office with a dedicated resting space and private bathroom, a Secretary & Administrative Area, a comfortable waiting area, and a 30+ person meeting room with separate access points from the Mayor’s Office and Secretary Area.

The main entrance features a reception and information desk opening into a striking double-volume lobby, highlighted by a statement chandelier that creates a strong focal point.

The result is a completed interior that combines functionality, comfort, hospitality, privacy, and professional character within an existing space.

Located in Borama City, this G+3 commercial mall is designed with accessibility and convenience in mind, benefiting from three-road access and strategically planned parking along the longer side of the site.

The mall combines retail shops, offices, dining, and flexible public spaces, with a large central open void providing natural ventilation, daylight, and visual connectivity between floors. Multiple vertical circulation points improve accessibility, while the rooftop terrace extends the cafeteria experience with shaded outdoor seating.

The building presents a bold contemporary façade through large white architectural frames, dark horizontal bands, extensive glazing, and inclined screen elements. The transparent frontage creates an active and inviting commercial environment, while the project is envisioned as a destination for retail, business, dining, events, and social interaction in Borama City.
