Today at Connect Day for Spend our session focused on how Travel & Expense management has evolved from a back-office process to a strategic lever for financial control, efficiency, and compliance. Despite this shift, many organizations still rely on fragmented tools, manual workflows, and limited spend visibility - leading to hidden costs, errors, and policy leakage.

Isletter Jenni Lonka walked the audience through the key business case building blocks for modernizing Travel & Expense management with Concur. By assessing SAP Concur’s holistic approach and the added value it brings to the end-to-end process, we demonstrated how organizations can unlock greater transparency, control, and efficiency📈
