Young Crew Finland is network for young project professionals under the age of 35. We are part of international IPMA Young Crew.

Young Crew Finland on nuorten projektiammattilaisten verkosto. Olemme myös osa kansainvälistä IPMA Young Crew:tä. Young Crew, or YC in short, welcomes everyone interested in project management and in the right age group to join. Whether you’re a student of project management and leadership or already working with projects. You can also just have an interest towards project management or leadership

to join. YC Finland operates under Project Professionals Finland (PRY) and is part of the international IPMA® Young Crew (*International Project Management Association). Young Crew, tai lyhyesti YC, -verkostoon voivat liittyä kaikki projektinhallinnasta kiinnostuneet, jotka ovat oikeaa ikäluokkaa. Voit olla projektiliiketoiminnan ja johtamisen opiskelija tai jo työelämässä. Tai olet vain kiinnostunut projektinhallinnasta ja -johtamisesta. YC Finland toimii Projektiammattilaiset ry:n (PRY) alaisuudessa ja on osa kansainvälistä IPMA® Young Crew -verkostoa (*International Project Management Association).

Day 2 at the Global Young Crew Workshop was 💎

We heard an inspiring career story from our very own Elsa Paasilinna and had a lessons learned workshop with Timothy-Benedict Klemme. The afternoon we spent channelling our inner the Amazing Race contestants and finding answers to the mystery of a Lost Project. Evening ended in a farewell dinner with the last chance to network before going back home. 🏃‍♂️‍➡️

Cannot put in to words, how grateful we were to be able to participate, learn and make new friends. ❤️

The unbelieveble journey of the Project Management Championship 2025 has come to an end!

Thank you so much for IPMA Young Crew Poland, IPMA Young Crew & IPMA Polska for hosting us and oranizing the international competition. 🙏

No victory for team Finland this year, but we come home with many lessons about project management and most of all with so many amazing connections from all over the world. It is such an unique experience to be a part of something like this.❤️🌎

Congratulations for the winning team from IPMA Young Crew Greece and the other top 2 teams IPMA Young Crew Poland & Germany! 👏

Until next year PMC! Greece, here we come! 🇬🇷😉
