Meet our People! ♥️

Miika What do you do at Cloud2?

I started at the beginning of the year in the sales team as a Key Account Manager. My responsibilities include account management and acquiring new customers. I ensure that existing accounts grow and new ones are established in a way that makes our collaboration genuinely valuable and long-term for our clients. My specific focus area is developing and managing accounts in the energy sector.

How did you end up joining us?

An old colleague had been working at Cloud2 for years, and I had heard a lot of good things about the culture and atmosphere. I had been thinking for some time about what I wanted to do next in my career and wanted to deepen my expertise in the IT field. By chance, I saw that this role was open, so I decided to apply and a month later, the contract was signed.

What’s fueling your motivation right now?

It’s amazing to see how much our clients value our services and genuinely enjoy working with us. On top of that, working alongside highly skilled colleagues and learning new perspectives and ways of working from them keeps my job exciting and motivates me to keep developing myself.

What has been the most surprising thing at Cloud2?

How well the values and culture described during the recruitment process actually come to life in our daily work. Too often, company values fade away or get lost in the rush of growth, but here, that clearly hasn’t happened.

What do you expect from the future?

I want to deepen my expertise and contribute to the company’s growth. I also aim to bring positive energy and share the Cloud2 spirit with new colleagues and clients, so that everyone enjoys working together.
