Our Christmas Party was especially full of sparkle and glitter this year 🎄 Lovely dinner, celebrating colleagues, writing Christmas cards and dancing to the rythms of two bands! The best part was of course time spent with colleagues ✨🕺

✨ BearingPoint Suomen toimiston ensimmäinen Tuo lapsi töihin -päivä oli täynnä iloa ja energiaa! Meillä vieraili noin 20 lasta, jotka toivat toimistolle naurua ja luovuutta. Päivään kuului herkullisia välipaloja, askartelua, kuten joulukorttien tekemistä ja väritystä, sekä toimistokierros, jonka kohokohtana toimi toimistokoirat. 🖍️
Lapset pääsivät myös pelaamaan toimistobingoa ja tanssimaan vauhdikkaassa ilmapallodiskossa! 🎈

Last week, some of our Nordic managers joined a hands-on training led by Harvard experts. This was hosted in a stunning manor house just outside Stockholm.
Those three days were about connecting with BearingPoint colleagues and building confidence in real-life negotiation scenarios.

”This month marks 15 years since I joined BearingPoint. Looking back, what keeps me excited every day is the opportunity to learn—whether it’s diving into new industries, exploring different business functions, or helping organizations navigate change. Consulting has offered a front-row seat to how both large and small companies approach transformation, and that curiosity still drives me.

One thing that makes BearingPoint special is our culture. We’re still a team that fits into one office, where people know each other by name and meet at the coffee machine. There’s a genuine willingness to help and support one another. Internal entrepreneurship is encouraged, and new ideas—whether for clients or internal development—are welcomed. I also see many colleagues returning after time in industry or other firms, which speaks volumes about the value and spirit of our workplace.

Over the years, I’ve had the chance to grow through increasing responsibilities and ambition settings. Highlights include working with management teams on strategy, helping large organizations structure and execute complex transformations, and contributing to our internal development in areas like strategic planning and sales. It’s been a journey of continuous development, and I’m grateful for the trust and opportunities along the way.
