Incorporating sustainability into design for Posti’s future physical retail.

One of the key starting points for the main post office's concept design was sustainability.
The aim was to create a space that supports learning and innovation and communicates sustainability actions to customers, partners and employees.

Spatial concept design by Fyra honors the historical space and incorporates more sustainable practices. The aim was to repurpose as many pre-existing materials as possible, including service equipment such as parcel vending machines. Another goal was to incorporate elements from Box by Posti such as recycling and packaging points.

🤩 Concept design for Posti 's future physical retail. 💌

The main post office in the middle of Helsinki is an iconic destination that was closed due to renovations. For Posti's return to Postitalo, the goal was to transform the space into an innovative full service store.

Motley helped Posti to gather the learnings from the award-winning concept of Box by Posti and created a concept that supports Posti's future strategic goals.

The main concept prioritizes simplicity, delightfulness and personalized functionality in order to create a pleasant, memorable experience for customers and employees.

The biggest achievement with Enerim’s new visual identity is that we broke out from the norms of what energy companies feel like and stood out from the crows. The end-result is a modern and an approachable brand identity and tone of voice with a highly functional website.
