Meet Kyung-Ho Choi, our Technical Director at NAPA Korea.
For Kyung-Ho work isn’t just what he does, it’s a meaningful part of who he is. Having joined NAPA after exploring different industries, Kyung-Ho found in NAPA a place that values trust, balance, and continuous growth.
When he first stepped into NAPA, what struck him most was the genuine global culture: working daily with colleagues from Finland and across the world. “It was my first real experience in a global workplace,” he recalls. “Every collaboration felt like a window into new perspectives.”
His journey has been about more than professional growth. Through roles that demand both precision and empathy, he’s learned that true success comes from structure and flexibility coexisting together. “I used to plan everything down to the minute, but NAPA taught me that not everything needs to be perfect, sometimes, being adaptable brings better results.”
A natural problem-solver and mentor, Kyung-Ho also serves as a People Buddy at NAPA, helping colleagues find their footing and supporting them through challenges.
Outside of work, he enjoys hiking and camping with his family, moments that help him reset and remind him why balance matters.
To him, NAPA is more than a workplace — it’s a space where people grow, connect, and find meaning in what they do every day. “Every day is a gift. Regardless of the environment, what matters most is living well and doing your best.”
